Shipping Policy

Shipping for all microlot purchases is free. Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier availability, customs processes, and seasonal demand. All carrier rates, transit times, and tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed by La Montaña Coffee.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, all risk of loss, damage, theft, delay, or mishandling passes to the customer. La Montaña Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs holds, or operational disruptions outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Any re-shipment costs due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package are the responsibility of the customer.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. La Montaña Coffee is not liable for delays or restrictions resulting from customs inspections.

Subscription Terms

The Multi-Microlot Club and La Montaña VIP programs are annual subscription plans. By subscribing, the customer agrees to a 12-month membership commitment. Memberships automatically renew every 12 months unless canceled before the renewal date.

Subscription discounts, early access privileges, and priority allocation benefits apply only while the membership is active and in good standing. Subscription perks cannot be transferred to another person or account.

Early cancellation does not result in a refund for unused coffee allocations, benefits, or membership time. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

La Montaña Coffee reserves the right to update subscription pricing, program benefits, or the terms of membership at any time. Notice of updates will be provided prior to renewal.

By joining, the member agrees to receive automated billing, email notifications regarding their membership, and communications related to their subscription benefits.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on roasted coffee, green coffee, microlots, or subscription shipments once an order has been roasted, processed, or shipped.

Refunds are not provided for shipments delayed by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or any circumstances outside the control of La Montaña Coffee.

We will replace an order only if the incorrect product was shipped due to our error. Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, include photographs, and show the unopened packaging.

For subscription plans, early cancellation does not result in any refund for unused membership benefits, unused coffee allocations, or prepaid months.

All digital products, membership perks, educational materials, or downloadable resources are final and non-refundable.

Terms of Sale

By purchasing products from La Montaña Coffee, the customer agrees to the following Terms of Sale:

  1. Product Availability & Pricing: All prices, product offerings, and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on the website do not include taxes, duties, or additional fees unless explicitly stated.
  2. Order Processing: Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on roasting schedules, product availability, and seasonal demand.
  3. Shipping & Delivery: Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, all risk of loss, damage, delay, theft, or mishandling transfers to the customer. La Montaña Coffee is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, force majeure events, or delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses.
  4. International Orders: International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. La Montaña Coffee is not liable for customs delays or seizures.
  5. Returns & Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are permitted except in cases where an incorrect product is shipped due to our error.
  6. Subscriptions: Subscription memberships renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the cycle begins. All membership benefits apply only while the subscription is active.
  7. Limitation of Liability: La Montaña Coffee is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, delays, spoilage, or misuse of the product.
  8. Product Use: By purchasing coffee products, the customer acknowledges responsibility for storing and using the coffee properly. La Montaña Coffee is not responsible for improper storage, handling, or brewing methods.
  9. Governing Law: These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which La Montaña Coffee operates. Any disputes must be resolved in that jurisdiction.
